4. Orders, Purchase & Rental
a) Purchase Orders
When you place a purchase order, you agree to pay the listed price and any applicable taxes and delivery charges. Orders are subject to acceptance, availability, and successful payment.
b) Rental Orders
When renting a product, you agree to the rental period, deposit amount, and return policy displayed at checkout. The product must be returned in good condition (ordinary wear permitted). Any damage, stains, or late returns may attract additional charges or forfeiture of deposit.
c) Order Acceptance & Cancellation
We reserve the right to accept or cancel orders at our sole discretion due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
d) Payment
Payments must be made using methods provided on the Website. By submitting payment details, you authorize us to process transactions, including any rental deposit or late fees, as applicable.

5. Pricing & Taxes
All prices displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

6. Delivery, Shipping & Returns
a) Delivery timelines and costs are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on location.
b) Once delivered, risk passes to the customer.
c) For rentals, pickup and return instructions will be shared at the time of booking.
d) For purchases, returns are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy available on the Website.
e) We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or events beyond our control.

For rental products, you agree to handle garments with reasonable care. Damage, loss, or misuse may result in repair or replacement charges.

You confirm that your content does not infringe any third-party rights and that you hold the necessary permissions for its use.

10. AI-Driven Services & Recommendations
Saraayat may use AI tools to provide outfit recommendations, styling suggestions, or 3D previews.
These are generated based on available data and preferences and are for guidance only. We are not liable for any inaccuracy or decision made based on automated recommendations.

11. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:

• Use the Website for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

• Interfere with Website security or functionality.

• Upload or transmit malware, spam, or defamatory material.

• Impersonate another individual or entity.
  Violation of this section may result in account suspension or legal action.
